I. Standard Radio & Digital Broadcast Scope

WHFF is a standard radio broadcast entity built upon digital expansion. Our services on platforms such as Samsung Smart TV, Roku, and Amazon Alexa are an extension of our core broadcast mission. This policy applies to all interactions occurring via physical transmissions, web directories, and application-based streaming services.

II. Data Collection & Third-Party Platforms

WHFF collects personal information (such as name, email, etc.) that users voluntarily provide when using our platforms.

Third-Party Hardware Notice: Our services are distributed via third-party platforms. This policy applies solely to WHFF’s data practices; we are not responsible for the independent data collection practices of hardware manufacturers such as Samsung, Roku, or Amazon.

III. Global Data Rights (GDPR, CCPA, PIPA)

WHFF guarantees the following rights in accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and global standards:

Right to Access/Correction/Deletion: Users may request a copy of their data, or request corrections and permanent deletion.
Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If we become aware that such information has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

WHFF is a legal non-profit educational broadcast entity under the Cognitive Institute of Dallas.

Music Copyright: Our network holds active 2026 digital performance licenses (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, and SoundExchange).
Accessibility Compliance: Our applications comply with 2026 FCC and global standards regarding Text-to-Speech (TTS) and closed captioning.
