Federal Intellectual Property Protection

The brand identity and broadcast services of this institution are protected under federal law. A trademark application for WHFF™ was officially filed on May 8, 2023, by The Cognitive Institute of Dallas (USPTO Serial Number: 97925366).

  • Scope of Protection: This trademark specifically covers "Simulcasting broadcast television over global communication networks; Streaming of audio, visual and audiovisual material via a global computer network."
  • Institutional Ownership: Unauthorized use of the WHFF™ or CID-EDU™ marks in connection with digital broadcasting or educational services is strictly prohibited and will be met with formal legal action to protect the reputation of the NGO.

Our educational curriculum and institutional standards for the CID-EDU school are formally approved by the [Regents Board of Louisiana](https://www.laregents.edu/). This ensures that all community programs meet recognized academic criteria. We operate as a registered 501(c)(3) organization with oversight dedicated to public education and cognitive development initiatives.

Non-Commercial Digital Mandate: Any voluntary monthly donations or ad packages are strictly used to sustain WHFF Magazine, our Bookstore, and NGO courses. No dollars are collected for profit within our 22 radio channels or digital streams.

Strict No-Refund Policy: Because our non-profit resources are deployed in real-time to maintain global bandwidth, all transactions are final. Please do not consider a partnership unless you are extremely sure of your commitment.
