IPTV Safe Harbor & Transparency

As a nonprofit initiative supported by The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, our mission is to promote digital inclusion and provide affordable access to healthy streaming content. We function as a Community IPTV Aggregator, focusing on serving communities rather than generating profits.

I. NON-PROFIT COMMITMENT & AGGREGATOR ROLE

Community-Driven & Nonprofit WHFF.tv is a non-commercial educational endeavor. We aim to honor the legacy of Black and Brown families in America through media and storytelling, utilizing our 501(c)(3) framework to sustain affordable, community-focused digital access.
The Role of an Aggregator We act solely as an Aggregator of publicly accessible HLS/IPTV streams. We do not host, rebroadcast, or modify any streams directly. Our platform serves as a curated directory for content already publicly listed by original providers or reputable open directories.

II. LEGAL & ETHICAL STREAMING (SAFE HARBOR)

We take copyright and licensing seriously. By following the DMCA Safe Harbor (17 U.S.C. § 512) and the Communications Decency Act (Section 230), we maintain a secure environment for rights holders and users alike.

III. MANDATORY TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL

Rights holders who believe a stream has been included in error have a direct path for removal. We provide immediate takedowns on any legitimate copyright request to maintain our legal integrity. Please contact our Designated Agent, Edward Gilbert, for prompt assistance.

IV. USER RESPONSIBILITY & LIMITATION

While we strive for high-quality and trusted content, users are responsible for their own use of aggregated streams. The Cognitive Institute of Dallas does not endorse unauthorized use and shall not be held liable for third-party content provided through external links.
