Radio Safe Harbor & Content Aggregation

Operating as the digital audio division of The Cognitive Institute of Dallas, whff.radio functions as a global aggregator for educational, community-focused, and non-commercial audio content. We currently maintain a directory of 22 specialized radio channels designed for community empowerment.

I. BROADCAST ROLE & 501(c)(3) STATUS

Digital Audio Aggregator Whff.radio does not host or own all broadcasted audio streams. We function as a centralized gateway, linking users to publicly accessible audio content and Creative Commons media. This non-commercial structure is part of our broader mission of digital inclusion.
22 Channel Infrastructure Our 22-channel network is built on collaborative effort and sweat equity. These channels serve as an educational asset, utilizing the 501(c)(3) framework to ensure high-quality cognitive development and informational programming remains accessible to all.

II. DMCA SAFE HARBOR FOR AUDIO

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA), we protect the rights of audio content creators while providing a platform for community expression.

III. CREATIVE COMMONS & TAKEDOWN PROTOCOL

We prioritize the use of Creative Commons and open-source audio. If a rights holder believes a specific channel or audio segment has been aggregated in error, we provide an expedited Takedown Protocol. Legitimate requests are processed immediately upon verification to ensure legal integrity across our global network (Samsung TV, Roku, Alexa).

IV. FISCAL TRANSPARENCY & AD SYNERGY

Any funds generated through ad packages or community support are immediately reinvested into the maintenance of the 22-channel broadcast infrastructure. Our No-Refund Policy applies to all radio partnerships to maintain the stability of these community channels.
