IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER. BY USING WHFF.RADIO OR WHFF.TV PLATFORMS, YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.

1. General Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platforms. You represent and warrant to the Company that you have the right, authority, and capacity to abide by this TOS. Our Platforms are targeted to audiences in the United States and governed by U.S. law.

2. Intellectual Property & Broadcast Rights

All content including audio streams, trademarks, and software is protected by copyright. Title to WHFF Material remains with the Company and its parent, The Cognitive Institute of Dallas. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the Material for personal use only.

3. Prohibited User Conduct

By using the Platforms, you agree NOT to post libelous, inflammatory, or obscene content; distribute viruses or harmful code; or engage in any conduct that restricts other users from enjoying our broadcast services.

4. Disclaimer & FCC Compliance

THE PLATFORMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. WHFF Broadcast and Media operates as a legally compliant entity under FCC 47 CFR Part 15. We utilize FCC-Certified equipment to ensure interference-free localized community broadcasting.

5. Arbitration and Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding individual arbitration. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
