I. Standard Radio & Digital Broadcast Scope

WHFF Broadcast and Media operates as a professional non-commercial educational broadcasting entity. Our global expansion onto platforms such as Samsung Smart TV, Roku, and Amazon Alexa serves as a vital digital extension of our core community mission. This comprehensive policy governs all data interactions occurring through our localized physical transmissions, global web directories, and application-based streaming services. We are dedicated to providing culturally relevant content while maintaining the highest standards of listener privacy and regulatory transparency across all broadcast vectors.

II. Information Collection & Voice Privacy

WHFF collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when interacting with our platforms, such as names or email addresses for support requests. Interactive Voice Disclosure: Our applications for voice-enabled hardware (Samsung Smart TV and Amazon Alexa) process voice-initiated commands solely to deliver requested audio streams or station information. WHFF does not record, store, or transmit background conversations. All voice data processing is handled through secure, encrypted channels managed by the respective hardware manufacturers in accordance with industry-standard privacy protocols.

III. Global Data Rights (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD)

As a global broadcaster, WHFF respects the data sovereignty of our international audience. We provide all users with robust rights regarding their personal information in alignment with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Brazil's LGPD:

OFFICIAL BROADCAST COMPLIANCE RECORD: FCC 47 CFR PART 15
WHFF operations are conducted in strict accordance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations for localized community broadcasting. We utilize FCC-Certified Intentional Radiator hardware (Hardware ID: MBMACC100) to ensure a high-quality, interference-free experience. Our transmissions are engineered to stay within the strict field strength and emission limits defined in 47 CFR § 15.209 and § 15.239, ensuring legal and ethical operation within the public airwaves.

IV. Licensing & Accessibility Standards

WHFF operates as a fully licensed and compliant entity under The Cognitive Institute of Dallas. Our music programming is covered by active 2026 digital performance licenses through ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, GMR, and SoundExchange. Furthermore, we are committed to the 21st Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act (CVAA). Our applications are built to support system-level Text-to-Speech (TTS), High-Contrast navigation, and Captions to ensure our reunification resources are accessible to all families, regardless of physical ability.

V. VOC, Support & Legal Transparency

We value the Voice of Customer (VOC). For technical assistance, accessibility enquiries, or broadcast feedback, please contact our support desk. We disclose information only when required by valid legal processes, such as subpoenas or government investigations, to protect the integrity of our non-profit mission and the safety of the families we serve.

V. NON-COMMERCIAL DIGITAL MANDATE

The Cognitive Institute of Dallas maintains a strict separation between its internal revenue-generating assets and its digital broadcast infrastructure.

This structure ensures that our digital aggregation remains a Community Public Utility, supported by the sweat equity of the NGO and dedicated entirely to the mission of digital inclusion and cognitive development.
